Our Story

PB&Js is my passion, I’ve been baking since a young age and have always enjoyed the indulgent moments that well baked treats can provide. In late 2019 I began experimenting with donuts to challenge my baking skills. Once I was happy with the final product I began attending markets and doing pop ups with other business and from there PB&Js has grown beyond my wildest dreams.

We make everything in small batches from our home base in Townsville. We make our own glazes, toppings, and brioche dough, using real ingredients; no artificial flavourings here.
